Rafael is an associate at Chediak Advogados with multidisciplinary experience, with a background in production engineering and in different areas of Law, such as litigation, family, succession, real estate, and environment. He currently works mainly on Compliance and Investigations projects, such as risk assessment and implementation of integrity programs, and on Data Protection, Technology, and Cybersecurity projects, such as adaptation to the General Data Protection Law. In addition to the typical legal consulting work, Rafael has also experience as an in-house lawyer, having worked as secondee for large clients.
