Julian Chediak is a founding partner of Chediak Advogados and President of the American Chamber of Commerce of Rio de Janeiro (AMCHAM) since 2019. He has been a professor of Corporate Law and Capital Markets Regulation at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC Rio) since 1993. He is also a professor of several graduate courses. Between 2010 and 2013, he acted as Legal Counsel for the American Chamber of Commerce of Rio de Janeiro, a position he held again in the year 2018. He served as Chairman of the Self-Regulation Council of CETIP S.A. - Organized OTC for Assets and Derivatives, from 2008 to 2017.
