Fernanda works with emphasis on highly complex arbitration proceedings (involving corporate, capital markets, civil, construction, infrastructure and energy matters), as well as on M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations. She also provides legal counsel in corporate and civil law, advises publicly-held companies, and represents clients in administrative proceedings before the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission and the Council of Appeals of the National Financial System. She previously worked at Motta, Fernandes Rocha – Advogados from 2009 to 2011. She is a member of the body of arbitrators of the Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration (Centro Brasileiro de Mediação e Arbitragem – CBMA) and of the FGV Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration.
