Fernanda works with emphasis on highly complex arbitration proceedings (involving corporate, capital markets, civil, construction, and energy matters) and M&A operations. Moreover, she also provides corporate and contractual legal counsel, to publicly-held companies, and in administrative proceedings before the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission and the Council of Appeals of the National Financial System. She previously worked at Motta, Fernandes Rocha – Advogados from 2009 to 2011. She is a member of the body of arbitrators of the Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration (Centro Brasileiro de Mediação e Arbitragem – CBMA) and of the FGV Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration.
