Our partner Fabio Lucato wrote an article for the newspaper Valor Econômico about the new federal decree 11.129/2022, which brings important changes in the regulation of Federal Law 12.846/2013 (Brazilian Anti-Corruption Law), in force since Monday.

Lucato analyzed the most relevant measures provided for in the decree, such as those affecting the criteria for calculating the administrative fine and evaluating integrity programs, as well as those referring to the procedures for investigating and holding legal entities accountable and for entering into leniency agreements.
