In an interview to TV Migalhas during the Fenalaw 2022 event, which took place last week, our partner Cecilia Choeri talked about the LGPD – General Data Protection Law. She highlighted that the understanding of the law is being built and that the ANPD has been playing its role in guiding the market. Cecilia also emphasized that the use of new technologies makes it easier and, consequently, helps law firms and companies to fully comply with the law.
