With the pandemic, companies have had to rethink their work schedules, spaces and, also, the working days and hours. One trend, which is being tested abroad and also in some Brazilian startups, is the possibility of reducing the service hours, adopting the work to four days a week, in order to gain productivity and also help the mental health of the workers.
