This type of contract is provided for by law and allows the employee to work reduced hours and receive a salary proportional to the hours worked.

To avoid any kind of problem in the future, Flavio recommended that employers didactically explain to their employees all rights and duties, as well as the changes compared to the regular system. And, furthermore, he emphasized the need to document everything and to keep track of the hours worked.
