Qualified to practice law in England, she advises clients on cross-border corporate transactions and disputes, including those structured under foreign law.
She has experience in arbitration proceedings and in administrative sanctioning proceedings involving the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and the National Financial System Appeals Council (CRSFN).
Before joining Chediak Advogados, she worked as an attorney at Itaú Unibanco and at Cantidiano Advogados.
