Theo joined Chediak Advogados in 2026 and focuses his practice primarily on capital markets, corporate law, and commercial contracts. He has experience in securities issuances and public offerings, structured debt transactions, shareholder disputes, regulatory analysis, and digital assets, including representation before the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM). He advises on corporate reorganizations and M&A transactions, as well as the drafting and negotiation of complex contractual arrangements. His prior experience includes positions at Stocche Forbes Advogados, Pinheiro Guimarães Advogados, Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown, and Hashdex.
