Victor joined Chediak Advogados in 2023, concentrating his practice mainly on capital market, corporate law, and contracts. He has experience in corporate disputes and arbitration, negotiation and mediation, regulatory analysis, and consultancy in restructuring and insolvency. He also acts before the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários and the Conselho de Recursos do Sistema Financeiro Nacional. Victor participates in corporate restructuring transactions (M&A) as well as in the review and drafting of contractual instruments.
